Mr Reagan Dou is the Vice Chairman and President of Shenzhen Ageing Development.
Foundation and is devoted to promoting Smart Ageing City in China. He has years of experience in the IT sector and charity funds management. He is the Executive Secretary-General of Tencent Foundation, and an Executive of Beijing Normal University China Philanthropy Research Institute, China Hongshizi Fund and other non-profit organizations. He helps and promotes the development of these organizations.

Dr So has an honorary Doctoral Degree of Engineering from Lincoln University, and Master Degree in both Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from University of Saskatchewan. He is a Fellow and Chartered Marketer of Chartered Marketer of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He worked for various multi-national corporations, including DuPont, Dow Chemical etc. He was a member of the Guangdong Foshan People’s Political Consultative Conference for 4 terms. He is actively promoting the ageing business in Foshan.

Mrs Rebecca Choy-Yung is a business entrepreneur turned social entrepreneur. Rebecca was a pioneer in the convention and exhibition industry in Hong Kong and China since early 1980s. She successfully founded, branded and organized over twelve world- renowned international trade fairs and conventions, covering a spread of industries such as jewelry, furniture and lighting, leather goods, education and others.
Rebecca has been actively engaged in community and voluntary works over the past three decades. She is a strong advocate of social entrepreneurship and social innovation in Hong Kong. She is also the advisors to a number of social enterprises, a writer and a radio programme host. Rebecca received her B.SoSc. from Bristol University, UK and EMBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
