促進香港居家安老的生態圈
摘要
在香港,目前有超過 90% 的老齡化人口居住在家中。 為提升長者居家安老的生活質素,社區支援、居家護理服務及樂齡科技至關重要,三者能結合並創建生態系統,輔助長者及其照顧者提升自主的生活和護理能力。 在這次的講座,我們將與香港房屋協會、南丁格爾基金會和賽馬會「a家」樂齡科技教育及租賃服務中心的講者探討如何創建和促進香港居家安老生態圈。

- Ms Zoe CHAN
Project Director, Innovation and Technology for Ageing, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service
Ms Zoe CHAN joined the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2017, and has been part of the team of Innovation and Technology for Ageing since its inception. She is the Project Director of the Jockey Club “age at home” Gerontech Education and Rental Service, a pilot scheme aiming to enhance the public understanding on gerontechnology and its applications, and to build up the capability and confidence of “ageing in place” among elders and their carers. Prior to that, she was the Project Director for Gerontechnology Platform, an inclusive platform to facilitate the development of the local gerontechnology ecosystem by linking up both stakeholders on the supply and demand sides. Ms Chan graduated from The University of Hong Kong and holds a Master’s Degree from Monash University, Australia.

- Dr Carmen NG
General Manager (Elderly Services), Hong Kong Housing Society
Dr Carmen Ng is currently the General Manager (Elderly Services) of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), overseeing the elderly housing and related services to assist the elderly to age in place. Before joining HKHS, Dr Ng had been the Head of Consumer Education of the Consumer Council, Secretary-General of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, Executive Director of the HK Alzheimer’s Disease Association, and Chief Operating Officer of the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, where she assisted in developing new service models to respond to the changing needs of the elderly and the society at large.

- Dr Alice TSO Shing-yuk
Chairman, Nightingale Home Care Co., Ltd.
Dr Alice TSO holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of South Australia and a master's degree in health administration from the University of New South Wales. She is also a member of the Australian and Hong Kong Academy of Hospital Administration. She is currently the Chairman of Nightingale Home Health & Nursing Ltd. and has been invited as an international Home Care Board Member.
Dr. Tso has over 40 years of nursing experience and has held management positions in the Hong Kong Hospital Authority for over 25 years. As the nursing General Manager of Queen Elizabeth Hospital, she piloted the "transitional care" model, and cooperated with 7 NGOs to provide more comprehensive home care services for discharged patients. She completed this four-year pilot project sponsored by the Jockey Club Charity Fund.
After Dr. Tso stepped down from the Hospital Authority, she worked with many friends to start several home care services in Hong Kong. She reviewed the relevant home care services around the world and was alarmed that there was a serious shortage of professional service of home care in Hong Kong, so she established the Nightingale Home Health & Nursing Care Service (FNHHN).

Managing Director, Culture Homes and Forward Living
Ms Stephanie LAW is the Managing Director of Culture Homes and Forward Living, a leading integrated aged care product and residential care service provider in Hong Kong for over 13 years. As an owner, operator & developer, Stephanie has spearheaded the family business into a new era in aged care through innovative assisted living products and technologies. She also founded Hong Kong’s first Gerontechnology enabled, Nordic themed senior community with person-directed approach, Forward Living in 2021. In 2019, Stephanie was granted the Greater Bay Area Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award, as well as Ageing Asia’s Global Ageing Trailblazer Award. She is currently an Executive Committee Member of The Elderly Services Association (2020-2024), Chief Editor for “The Anchor Bulletin,” The first eldercare industry magazine, as well as etnet’s columnist under “安老職人”. Stephanie is also a Co-opted Steering Committee Member of The Gerontechnology Platform. Stephanie holds a Bachelor Degree in Asian Studies and Psychology from The University of Michigan, and a Master Degree in Real Estate General Practice Surveying from The University of Hong Kong.
