日本智齡創新對香港超老齡化社會改變的啟示

日本從2006年起,成為了世界上第一個超老齡化社會的國家(百分之二十的人口年齡在65歲及以上)。 而香港則在2021年才成為超老齡化社會。智慧老齡化的概念已經深入日本的醫療保健和社會,並繼續改變及影響日本公民的生活。在本節研討會中,我們將與來自信興、WHILL 和Lixil的講者一起探討老齡化的未來,因為他們的創新遠見、理念和解決方案不僅為日本老齡化社會作出貢獻和改變,也為香港老齡化人口帶來改變。

- Mr Keiji Fujimoto
Group Strategic Director, Shun Hing Group
Mr. Fujimoto began his career at Matsushita Electric Trading Company (now known as Panasonic Corporation) in 1982. During his 35 years’ career in Panasonic, he gained extensive experience in managing B2B as well as B2C business of local and global market.
Prior to joining Shun Hing Group, he was the Head of Global Consumer Products Marketing & Sales, Panasonic Appliance Company – which is one of four major companies in Panasonic. He was responsible for consumer products, as well as key components, semiconductor and B2B business all over the world. He has great achievements aligning strengths of each different company in different countries to make global business through marketing strategies.
In 2017, Mr. Fujimoto joined Panasonic’s Hong Kong sole distributor- Shun Hing Group as Group Strategic Director. Now, on behalf of Shun Hing Group, he dedicates himself to contribute to Hong Kong and Japan, helping to bridge both parties.
He is well known for his love of Hong Kong and Cantonese.

Leader, Lixil Water Technology HK, LWT Greater China
Mr Paul HO has been responsible for the sales of GROHE PRO products in Hong Kong and Macau region since 2009. Later, he introduced INAX and American Standard products to the product portfolio according to LIXIL group development. The LIXIL group products are now integrated into a one-stop and complete sanitary ware solution, which delivers a user-oriented, sustainable and hygiene answer to various government projects, public facilities, universities, youth hostels and hospitals.

- Mr Ye Tian
APAC CEO, WHILL Inc.
Ye Tian (Tian) is APAC CEO of WHILL, which is a company with the goal of building a platform for short- distance mobility. Tian has over 12 years of Finance, Product and Business Innovation experience in the Internet, Mobility and Financial Service industry, with exposure in both local and international markets. Before joining the Mobility industry, Tian was the Head of China Desk at HSBC, overseeing overall Chinese companies’ cross border financing solutions, leveraging on innovative financing product and ecosystem partnership. During HSBC time, he had been with Uber, Tencent, Tesla, Huawei Technology, etc, taken up leadership roles in financing, marketing, product, and business development areas.

Managing Director of Culture Homes and Forward Living
Stephanie is the Managing Director of Culture Homes and Forward Living, a leading integrated aged care product and residential care service provider in Hong Kong for over 13 years. As an owner, operator & developer, Stephanie has spearheaded the family business into a new era in aged care through innovative assisted living products and technologies. She also founded Hong Kong’s first Gerontechnology enabled, Nordic themed senior community with person-directed approach, Forward Living in 2021. In 2019, Stephanie was granted the Greater Bay Area Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award, as well as Ageing Asia’s Global Ageing Trailblazer Award. She is currently an Executive Committee Member of The Elderly Services Association (2020-2024), Chief Editor for “The Anchor Bulletin,” The first eldercare industry magazine, as well as etnet’s columnist under “安老職人”. Stephanie is also a Co-opted Steering Committee Member of The Gerontechnology Platform. Stephanie holds a Bachelor Degree in Asian Studies and Psychology from The University of Michigan, and a Master Degree in Real Estate General Practice Surveying from The University of Hong Kong.
