周教授是医学科学家及神经学研究员，就职于达特茅斯盖瑟，设立自己的实验室。医学院是美国达特茅斯-希区柯克医疗中心的主要教学医院。 他同时也是内科及风湿病科的认证医师。 他在麻萨诸塞州总医院及哈佛医学院接受风湿病科的专科训练。晋身为哈佛医学院医学教员。

Dr Dai is the Clinical Director for Healthcare for the Senior at Qualigenics. During his 30-year career, Dr Dai specialized in geriatric, rehabilitation, and pulmonary medicine. He was the Consultant Geriatrician at Prince of Wales Hospital and taught in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong University. David now serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease Association. Dr Dai obtained his LLB and became an accredited mediator in 2010. Dr Dai now also chairs the Independent Committee for Handling Complaints of the Social Welfare Department from 2015.
