大中華區的智齡創新方案
摘要
自立支援是一項社會運動,戰後嬰兒潮出生的黃金一代對自己老後的想像與安排有強烈的自主性,也令服務提供者開始改變。本節邀請到在台灣首先推動自立支援運動和智齡創新的領先者,及在大陸推動嶄新養老住宅的經營者分享他們的寶貴經驗,探討如何為大中華區發展切合時宜的安老服務。

- Mr LIN Chin-Li
President, Taiwan Self-Reliance Care Professional Development Association
Mr LIN Chin-Li is currently the president of Taiwan Home Service Strategic Alliance, Taiwan Self-Reliance Care Professional Development Association and the Chairman of Yunlin Don-Zen Senior Citizen's Home. He also serves as the Advisory Committee of The Long Term Care Promotion Committee of Executive Yuan, Republic of China(Taiwan), Consultant of Ministry of Health Welfare, as well as the Advisory Committee of The Long Term Care Promotion Committee of Ministry of Health Welfare, Republic of China(Taiwan).
In 2016, Mr. Lin made a special report on "Caring Revolution" in FTV Yiyantang, Public Television, Health Magazine and various media, which caused a campaign of care innovation in Taiwan. He proposed that there are three principles for self-reliance support: "zero bed rest, zero diapers, and zero restraint" . The main premise of all care is to allow the care recipients to regain the ability to be self-reliant, rather than "weakening" them. From 2016 to 2018, he has taught over 200 long-term care self-reliance support seminars.

- Mr Tony WANG
CEO, Watermark Senior Living China Limited (“Watermark China”)
Mr Tony WANG has been the CEO of Watermark China since Oct. 2014. Prior to that, Tony worked for M3 Capital Partners and Belmont Village Senior Living in China 2009-2014. Watermark China is the operating platform of Watermark Retirement Communities in the US, a leading developer, owner and operator with more than 65 communities and 12,000 units under operation. In China, Watermark has JVs with China Taiping and China Tourism Group and now manages communities in Shanghai and Chongqing.
Mr Tony WANG holds an MASc in Building Engineering from Concordia University in Canada in 2006, and an MS in Real Estate Development from MIT in 2007, and a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from Southwest Petroleum University in China in 1994.

Dr Kevin YANG has backgrounds with music, marketing, finance management and service design. He was the manager of Product-Service Integration department at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), a co-leader of the Dechnology (Design Thinking + Technology Innovation) project of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 2013, he founded 5% Design Action Social Design Platform. Started from 70 designers with cancer screening service design projects, there are more than 9,000 multi-disciplinary professions and designers on the network today, focusing on the challenges of aging, health, economy and environment protection. Now He is the CEO of DreamVok, the founder of 5% Design Action., and the co-founder of Service Design Network Taiwan Chapter, the Executive V.P. of Asia Pacific Service Design Association, and the Supervisor of Taiwan Elderly Care Industry Association.

Class 1 Registered Architect, PRC
Professor ZHOU Yan-Min is a professor at School of Architecture, Tsinghua University and a Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC). She has long been committed to the research and design of housing and residential facilities for the elderly and disabled. She has rich experience in the compilation and revision of national building codes for residential buildings and elderly care facilities, and participated in many research, design and consulting projects for the government, enterprises and social organizations. She is the author of over 20 books. In Tsinghua University, she teaches design and theory courses for residential buildings and senior living facilities, and two of her online courses - Detailed Design for Dwelling & Livable Space and Environment Design for the Elderly – were honored as the national-level MOOCs by the Ministry of Education.
