解決香港醫療危機:發展可持續的醫療模式
摘要
在疫情之下,世界各地的醫療系統都面臨前所未有的挑戰。香港的公私營醫療收費差距很大,政府補貼每位公立醫院病人百分之九十的住院費用。疫情爆發期間,香港醫療體系崩潰,令人憂慮。這節研討會,私立醫院和基層醫療保健中心行政總裁將探討我們如何通過更公平和更好的醫療保健系統,重建和從疫後恢復過來,包括採用智能系統、融資和採購服務、遠端醫療、深化公私合作夥伴關係等。

Dr Joseph CHAN is the Chief Medical Officer of HKSH Medical Group, the Deputy Medical Superintendent and Head of Department of Women’s Health and Obstetrics of Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital with special responsibilities in the credentialing of medical doctors and dentists, as well as the development of medical education and training in the Hospital. He has been instrumental in establishing HKU medical students teaching programme and postgraduate doctors’ training in the Hospital. He is also the Honorary Clinical Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The University of Hong Kong.
He is currently the Committee Member of Quality Assurance Committee and Chairman of Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery Subcommittee of the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. The Subcommittee is responsible for the accreditation of Gynaecology Laparoscopic Surgery in Hong Kong.
He is a Fellow of Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives and Australasian College of Health Service Management. He is also an EMBA graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Dr Hong FUNG is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC). CUHKMC is the private teaching hospital wholly owned by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
Dr FUNG is also Professor of Practice in Health Services Management at the Jockey Club School of Public Health & Primary Care, CUHK, where he teaches health services planning, healthcare innovation and technology management, healthcare financing, communications and marketing, and decision making in the School’s master and leadership programs.

- Dr Kenneth TSANG
Chief Executive Officer, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong
Dr Kenneth TSANG provides leadership for Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong under IHH Healthcare, spearheading strategies for the hospital to provide excellent and innovative healthcare services. Dr Tsang was with the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong for over 25 years, first as a practising physician. In 2009, he also took up administrative roles at the Kowloon Central Cluster and later became a full-time medical administrator at the Hospital Authority Head Office.
Dr Tsang is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Community Medicine), Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine and Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.

Professor Jean WOO graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1974. After medical posts in the Charing Cross, Hammersmith, and Brompton Hospitals in the UK, she worked in part time posts in general practice as well as research at the University of Hong Kong. Currently she is the Co-Director of CUHK Institute of Health Equity, Director of the Jockey Club Institute of Aging at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Honorary Consultant of the Prince of Wales and Shatin Hospitals, Hospital Authority. Prof. Woo’s research interests include chronic diseases and geriatric syndromes, health services research, nutrition epidemiology and intervention, quality of life issues at the end of life, with over 900 articles in peer-reviewed indexed journals.
