全新角度看長者服務需求評估
摘要
安老服務統一評估機制為長者編配合適長期護理服務,已推行逾廿載。社署自2021年7月起更新機制,加入了本地化評估因素。在新機制及不同先導計劃下(長者社區照顧服務券 CCSV) ,怎樣執行需求評估,才能令長者及照顧者得到更貼心的服務?

Chairman, The Elderly Services Association of Hong Kong
Mr Kenneth CHAN is the Chairman of The Elderly Services Association of Hong Kong (TESA). Mr Chan had committed to the enhancement of elderly welfare for over twenty years, and held a number of public service positions throughout the years. Mr Chan was appointed as a member of the Elderly Commission from 2005 to 2011. Activity involved in the quality advancement of local elderly service, Mr Chan had led his team of professions in direct service and contributed to implementing the diversified service model on community support and residential care all over Hong Kong.

- Mr HO Kai-ming, JP
Under Secretary, Labour and Welfare
Mr HO Kai-ming has been Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare since 2020. He has served as Council Member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Director-General of the Hong Kong Manufacturing Industry Employees General Union, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Clerical and Professional Employees General Union. Prior to joining the Government, Mr Ho was a member of the Legislative Council, and of the Kwun Tong District Council from 2012 to 2019. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions. Mr Ho holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He owned more than 30 different patents including invention, application and design patents.

- Dr TIK Chi-yuen, S.B.S, B.B.S, JP
Legislative Councillor (Social Welfare)
Dr Tik is a registered social worker and has served the community for almost 40 years. He has been involved in a variety of public service roles, focusing on education, welfare, health care and community development policy. Currently he is Legislative Councillor (Social Welfare), Chief Executive of The Hong Kong Institute of Family Education, Member of ICAC Complaints Committee, Member of RTHK Board of Advisors, Advisors of Our Hong Kong Foundation, and Chairman of Third Side. Dr Tik’s educational qualifications include Doctor of Business Administration (2012), Curtin University, Australia, MA Public Policy and Management (2000), City University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor of Social Work (Hons.) (1991), Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

- Mr Peter YAN King-shun, JP
CEO, Cyberport
Mr Peter YAN is an industry leader with more than 35 years of experience in the information technology industry. As the CEO of Cyberport, Mr Yan leads the digital technology flagship focusing on talent cultivation, industry development, and the integration of new and traditional economies. Prior to joining Cyberport, Mr Yan was the Executive Director and CEO of SUNeVision and had held various senior management positions in large consulting and IT services companies including Accenture, Tradelink and Computer and Technologies.
Mr Yan has been active in public services and is a member of the Election Committee (the Technology and Innovation Subsector). He serves as a member of the Council of the City University and the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Mr Yan is also a member of the Human Capital Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, a member of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, and various industry or professional organisations in the I&T sector. He also lectures as an Adjunct Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong.
Mr Yan holds a BBA Degree from CUHK and was conferred the Honoree of the Year by the CUHK Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma in 2020, and a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society in 2021. He also received Executive Education from the Harvard Business School.
