  2. Complete payment. The annual membership fee is HK$1,000.
  3. We will confirm your organization's membership within 14 working days and send you a confirmation email.

 

Apply by mail

    • Please enclose a membership cheque payable to "Golden Age Foundation" for an annual membership fee of HK$1,000.
    • Please mail the completed form and cheque to the following address: 9/F Fortis Tower, 77 Gloucester Road, Hong Kong
    • We will confirm your organisation's membership within 14 working days and send a confirmation email.
