About The 2nd Smart Ageing Award (2022)

In order to promote the development of smart cities in Asia, the Golden Age Foundation is hosting "The 2nd Smart Ageing Award (2022)" for the second consecutive year. This award aims to recognize outstanding services, products and programs that bring quality, independence and dignity to the golden generation. This recognition will allow innovative ideas and solutions to be promoted to help shape the smart city of the future.

 

Award Categories

The 2nd Smart Aging Award (2022) welcomes the participation of listed companies, private companies, start-ups, social enterprises, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and educational and scientific institutions registered in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the Asia-Pacific region. The awards are divided into four categories, and each company/organization is limited to two project proposal submission for each category. Each Team must consists of at least 5 members.

There are four award categories:

  • Health Care & Well-Being
  • Living & Lifestyle 
  • Elderly Care
  • Social & Community Engagement

 

Important Dates

Launch Ceremony 28th October 2022 (Friday)
Deadline for Submission of Application

31st January 2023 (Tuesday) - Application has cloed

Shortlisting Process Feburary 2023
Deadline for Submission of Final Proposal 30th June 2023 (Friday)
Announcement of Final Results 11th August 2023 (Friday)

 

Application Submission

All applicants are requested to submit their proposals by 31st January 2023 (Tuesday) 23:59 (HKT). All proposals should be submitted via email: info@goldenage.foundation. Please also specify “Submission for Smart Ageing Award 2022” in the email subject line.

The application email must contain:

  • The Submission Form
  • An official PowerPoint about the nominated products/ services/ programmes
  • A 2-minute presentation video to introduce the nominated products/ services/ programmes (if applicable)
