Nina Cuisine - Golden Cuisine | Golden Age Foundation

Chinachem Group collaborated with Golden Age Foundation to invite a cross-professional team to work together, including nutritionists, speech therapists, registered nurses, and chefs from the Nina Hotel Group, to jointly design the brand new "Golden Cuisine". The team will promote culinary techniques, teach dozens of volunteers how to prepare elderly-friendly food, and continue to expand the service to benefit over a hundred seniors in nursing homes.

We committed that it is ingredient-focused, additive-free, visually appealing, nutritious and delicious. We aim to provide seniors with meals made from high-quality ingredients, while empowering volunteers and caregivers with the skills to prepare food for seniors with swallowing difficulties.
