Ms Hazel Wong is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in vulnerable client matters, including advising court-appointed committees, making applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance and managing the financial affairs of mentally incapacitated persons (MIP) in Hong Kong and overseas.
