With 25 years of experience in insurance and financial planning industry. She has been internationally recognized as a member of Million Dollars Road Table (MDRT) for consecutive 16 years and Court of the Table (COT) for 5 years. Also she has been a member of MDRT Membership Communications Committee (MCC) Hong Kong & Macau. In addition, she had been invited to be the representative of Hong Kong to have presentation at the MDRT Annual Meeting to share her valuable experience in helping the development of new generations. She also contributes to various social responsibility events such as participating and be a leader in LifeCare Movement (LCM), serving as the Prime Minister of the Regeneration Society etc.

Mr Lau was appointed as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of HKMC Annuity Limited in September 2017, to be responsible for the launching of a life annuity scheme in order to strengthen the retirement protection for the elderly. Mr Lau graduated from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a Bachelor Degree in Social Science (Economics) in 1986. From then on, he worked as an Administrative Officer, HKG and had taken part in district administration, land and town planning, etc. Mr Lau joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in 1997. From 2007 to 2013, Mr Lau was appointed as the Executive Director of the HKMA and Hong Kong Note Printing Limited, to be responsible for Monetary and Financial Stability Policy, as well as the development of the financial market.

Mr. Cheung is a serial-entrepreneur. After a successful career as an entrepreneur, he sold all his business at the age of 50. Then he devoted full time to promote social entrepreneurship and social innovation. He is one of the founding Directors of Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, the leading social entrepreneurship platform in Hong Kong. He successfully established Dialogue in the Dark Hong Kong and quickly turn it into one of the most successful social enterprise in Hong Kong. Mr. Cheung is also the interim country representative for Ashoka for Greater China region from 2009-2010.
Starting from 2011, Mr. Cheung shifted his focus to Elderly Care. He established Jade Club to develop business model for providing community care programs and active ageing programs. He set up Onward Community Care to test out commercial model to provide home care services. Together with Dr. Alice Tso, he found Hong Kong community Care Society, a non-profit to promote ageing in place and primary care. Water Drops Foundation is his vehicle for philanthropic work in promoting social innovation for elderly sectors. Mr. Cheung enjoys excellent support from both business community and NGO community. He serves as advisor to trade associations, start-up platform for aged care business and many NGOs. He also sits in the ageing in place committee of Elderly Commission of Hong Kong Government and sit in the review committee of Social Welfare Department on Nursing home ordinance review committee. Mr. Cheung graduated from Hong Kong University with B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering. He had attended the PMD program at Harvard Business School, and the Management Training from INSEAD. He also holds a master degree in international relation and public affair from Hong Kong University. Mr. Cheung is currently pursuing his study for his doctorate in Public Policy focusing in elderly care policy.
