l  Hybrid Mode for the First Time

Initiated by the Golden Age Foundation in 2016, the Golden Age Expo and Summit set off a lively discussion on the issue of aging. Mrs Rebecca CHOY YUNG, Founder and Chair of the Foundation, states that “The event brings together all sectors including civil, business, government, academic and scientific fields to reimagine how to respond to the rising needs of our ageing city in terms of economy, health, engagement, and technology in the ‘next normal’. Due to the pandemic and restrictions on international travel, this event has adopted a hybrid mode for the first time. A total of over 60 prominent speakers from different sectors around the world will cover topics ranging from the inspirational to the practical. The virtual event spans a total of 30 days from Aug 16 until Sept 15, while the physical event opens today (Aug 27) till Aug 29 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.”
