Job Description
- Coordinate and implement programmes, services and large-scale for the elderly and different stakeholders
- Assist supervisor in developing innovative services and writing funding proposals
- Build up professional relationships and collaborations with stakeholders and different networks
- Conduct and participate in activities related to continuous quality improvement and service evaluation
- Maintain effective communication and networking with internal units and external organisations
- Support in administrative tasks when required; and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- An accredited associate degree or diploma in a relevant or related discipline of Social Work/Social Science from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent;
- Attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or have Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE);
- At least 1 year of working experience in elderly services is preferable.
- High level of proficiency in written English and Chinese, and speaks fluent English and Cantonese;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Qualities of flexibility and willingness to take up challenges.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven track records in planning and implementation of services
- Self-motivated, creative, and with good attention to detail.
Monthly Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 09:00-18:00 (Flexible working hours)
Saturdays & Sundays: Discretionary
Might be required to attend to his/her duties on Saturdays/Sundays.
