Stephanie is the Managing Director of Culture Homes, a leading integrated product and service provider for elders in Hong Kong. Culture Homes operates in five business areas, including Nursing Homes, Senior Residence, Lifestyle and Rehabilitation Products (wholesale & retail), Experience Centers for Smart Ageing, and Consultancy Services. Culture Homes has over 1000 point-of-sales in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Asian Studies and Psychology from the University of Michigan, and a Master Degree in Real Estate General Practice Surveying from the University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Szeto is General Manager and Executive Director of Hung Fong Tong Group Holdings Limited since 1999. The Company is a reputable wellness concept food enterprise with an award-winning brand and it is publicly listed in Hong Kong.
Among his public service activities which also includes his engagement in The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, Ricky currently chairs the Hong Kong Professional and Educational Service. He has also been the Associate Professor and Director at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Ricky won numerous accolades in his career as a successful leader and a socially responsible entrepreneur.

Ms Caroline Mak has been the Dairy Farm Group Director responsible for and led the Group's retail operations since 2007. Caroline held senior positions at Mannings in 2000 and later was the Managing Director of IKEA Hong Kong and Taiwan. Ms Mak is a retail veteran including over 10 years in cosmetics sectors. In the past decade, Ms Mak has been actively serving the community include her chairmanship of Hong Kong Retail Management Association, Vocational Training Council in Retail Trade Training Board, the Government of Hong Kong SAR Qualifications Framework’s Retail Industry Training Advisory Committee and other appointments.
