Albert is the founder of AcesoBee (Cyberport Incubation Graduate), the creator of TeamCare, portable and affordable personal Personal Care Plan (PCP) and Point of Care (POC) system transform from the bedside nursing care plan used in Hospital.
A self-made entrepreneur in the eHealth and HealthTech industry, Albert started out as a Healthcare Solutions Specialist at IBM China / Hong Kong. He successfully founded his first business venture Healthbasic.com and was acquired by Quality Healthcare in 2001.
Albert holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Dr. Daniel Tong is an expert on esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, small bowel cancer and foregut functional disorders. He is also proficient in weight loss and metabolic surgery. Dr. Tong is an Honorary Consultant in General Surgery of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Tong has many awards in international medical academics and has numerous publications in international journals of high impact factor.

Founder, Doctor Now Needs
Dr. Fung witnessed the limitation of elderly medical service and the imbalance of the public and private healthcare systems when working at public hospital. Dr. Fung became aware that the remote diagnosis and treatment technology can enhance the elderly medical services. In 2016, he set up "Doctor Now Needs". Since its establishment, "Doctor Now Needs" has provided nearly 6,000 onsite and telehealth service to elderly and underprivileged groups in cooperation with 70 institutions in Hong Kong.
