Winsome earned a Master of Science in Chinese Medicines & Bachelor of Chinese Medicine from Hong Kong University and EMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms Ophelia Lin is the co-founder and managing director of Concord Alliance Ltd and its subsidiaries Meiriki Japan and J-Health. Together the companies develop and distribute high quality health supplements in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. MeirikiJapan builds the first professional team consisting of a registered pharmacist & nutritionists in Hong Kong to provide a comprehensive service for physical and mental health. In addition to her extensive management business experience, Ms. Lin also took further study in business and sustainable development at the University of Cambridge in 2018. She was one of the 250 global leaders from business sector, government and NGO to be invited to Buckingham Palace by Prince Charles to attend the 30th Anniversary event. Currently, Ms. Lin is the Founding President of the "SME Sustainable Society" co-organized by the Business School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Vice chairperson of Friends of the Earth, and a founding member of Caring SME Alliance in Hong Kong, an NGO that promotes corporate social responsibility (CSR) community investment, and sustainability to small- medium sized companies in Hong Kong.

Cindy is a registered social worker and an award-winning elderly home operator. She has over 30 years of industry experience in managing and operating senior living communities. She has participated in numerous projects over the years:
- Cheerful Court, one of HK’s first large-scale senior living estates
- HK Sheng Kung Hui Cyril and Amy Cheung Aged Care Complex
- Ventria Residence, a medi-hotel senior living project.
Cindy brings a rare combination of experience spanning operational set-up and business transformation of senior living communities. Her dedication and expertise enhance the future senior home development in the region.

As Deputy Executive Director of Vocational Training Council (VTC), Ms Gladys Yam is responsible for steering VTC’s policy areas for programmes at Higher Diploma and Diploma levels, marketing and promotion for vocational and professional education and training (VPET), and campus learning resources support. She is also leading the strategic development of the Languages and Childcare, Elderly and Community Services disciplines. Ms Yam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration (The University of Hong Kong).

Mrs Lau has over 30+ years of senior management and consulting experience. She joined SKHWC in 2022 overseeing the group’s ‘from cradle to grave’ services in Hong Kong, Macau and Greater Bay Area. Between 2007-2019, Mrs Lau was the Deputy Commissioner for Efficiency at the Efficiency Office under the Innovation and Technology Bureau. She was responsible for leading initiatives regarding social innovation, design thinking and citizen-centric services. In particular, Mrs Lau led the Secretariat in support of the SIE Fund Task Force under the Commission on Poverty, and funded numerous innovative projects to support healthy ageing. She reached out to many NGOs, family or corporate foundations and business executives who shared similar aspirations in tackling poverty and social exclusion related issues. She advocated multi-disciplinary and cross sector collaborations in solving social issues and creating shared value in the business sector.
