Ms Lai-Chong Au is the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Delta Asia Financial Group responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy as well as all day-to-day management decisions. She also acts as a direct liaison between the Board, other senior management as well as employees, all stakeholders of the company. Ms Au actively involves in community work in Hong Kong. She currently is a member of Hong Kong Philharmonic Fundraising Committee and an Organizing Committee Member of Golden Age Foundation. She is also a regular columnist at AM730.

Ms Orchis Li has over 20 years of experience in the Hong Kong insurance market, with a focus on product development. She joined Gen Re in 2015, and is responsible for the management of the Hong Kong branch and group offices’ client relationships. Orchis is also responsible for driving forward Gen Re’s insurtech strategy and the analytics & development of Critical Illness products in Asia. Ms Li is a Councillor of the Life Insurance Council under the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers and a member of the Health Committee & Actuarial Innovation Committee under the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong. She has also been appointed as a member of the Industry Advisory Committee with the Insurance Authority.

Mr Stephen Pau has over 20 years global investment experience in the financial services industry. He is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Hefeng Family Office. Previously, he was senior portfolio manager at Veco Invest (Asia) Limited, managing multi-manager portfolios at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, on the quantitative micro-strategy team with Deutsche Bank, a portfolio analysis specialist with JP Morgan Asset Management in the UK, and a fixed income analyst for The St. Paul Travelers Companies, Inc. in the UK. Stephen has a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School in the UK, and is a Chartered Statistician and a Chartered Scientist.

Ms Christina Yung graduated from the University of London with a degree in Social Science and Administration. Christina is now leading a diversity and financial inclusion programme for HSBC in Hong Kong, assisting in many areas of the community including elderly families living with dementia, homeless and subdivided flat residence, refugees and non-refoulement claimant and people with physical and mental health challenges.
Ms Yung is also an author, having written “Small Shops, Big Hearts” in 2017. This is a collection of stories and photos of her personal encounters with shop owners and traditional craftsmen that have contributed to the rich fabric of Hong Kong’s history.
