Willy Lai is the Co-founder and CEO of Fimmick - an award-winning digital marketing agency with over 100 digital professionals in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Willy has consistently delivered outstanding innovative digital and social media marketing strategies, and mastered big data analyses for various multinational brands, winning Fimmick and its clients numerous awards, such as Marketing Magazine's Agency of the Year Awards 2017, Marketing Excellence Awards 2017, and Marketing Events Awards 2015.
Willy is a frequent speaker and currently a guest lecturer of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr Charles LAW
CEO, Culture Homes
Mr Charles Law is CEO of Culture Homes, Hong Kong's long-standing ageing innovation brand which offers integrated solutions on elderly care products and services.
Since joining the company in 2007, Mr Law has helped to expand the points of sales of Culture Homes from 200 to over 1,000 in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Charles also manages two professional nursing homes, and will open a third one, along with a new experience centre for the ageing in 2018
Charles is Honorary President of the Elderly Services Association of Hong Kong.

Founder & Chairman Emeritus, The Institute for Health Policy & Systems Research
Prof. Geoffrey Lieu is an experienced healthcare executive and educator. He was a director at the Hospital Authority. Prof. Lieu is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Institute for Health Policy and Systems Research. He is Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds visiting academic appointments in both overseas and local universities. Prof. Lieu now focuses his work in advancing the health and healthcare of the elderly, teaches healthcare management and economics in tertiary institutions and serves as advisers in public policy institutions and non-executive directors in private healthcare corporations both overseas and locally.
