Mr Simon K Y Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of LSCM. He has more than 30 years of working experience in the commercial sector. Before joining LSCM in 2011, Mr Wong held a number of technology development and management positions in Hong Kong and Taiwan: General Electric Company and Johnson Electric. Simon is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), and he was awarded a Medal of Honour in 2020 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the community.

Ricky Choi is responsible for promoting and driving the development of the Smart Living Cluster, with a particular focus on EdTech, HealthTech & GeronTech, GreenTech, PropTech, SocTech, RetailTech & Smart Mobility across Hong Kong and the region. Ricky aims to create abundant opportunities for younger generations to innovate by partnering with industry partners, associations, and ecosystem stakeholders within the Smart City/Smart Living framework.
With over 20 years of experience in the Smart Living and Retail Technology industries, Ricky is a member of the Retail Industry Group Executive Committee (RIG EXCO) of the HK Computer Society (HKCS), where he helps facilitate the launch of startups and pioneers automation solutions for retail industry. Ricky has also actively participated in public services related to education, industrial training, and youth development. Currently, he serves as a member of the Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC), appointed by the Education Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR, and a member of The Electronics and Telecommunications Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC).
He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master of Arts degree in Architecture from Kingston University, London, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has completed the Executive Education of Technology & Innovation Management Programme from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

After earning three Bachelor degrees and a Master degree in Computer Engineering, and working as a programmer for 4 years in USA, Mr Roy Lim Long Hei returned in 2011 to join Tung Hing Automation.

Mr Lim has also developed two new initiatives, including medical automation and service automation. Mr Lim collaborated with a neuro-scientist from Poly U and developed a made-in-Hong-Kong product called HandyRehab, which is a robotic hand that is capable of rehabilitating stroke patients and recovering 90% of their mobility. Mr Lim has also collaborated with AGV robot companies to develop a line of products capable of self-navigation. The functions of these robots include hotel delivery, floor cleaning and scrubbing, mobile entertainment and elderly care services.

Professor Gary Lau is currently Assistant Dean (Education Innovations) and Director of HKU Stroke at the LKS Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong; and Co-Founder of ReMobility. He has published >160 articles/book chapters on stroke and have developed a number of innovative platforms to improve the prevention and holistic management of stroke. He serves on a number of local and international committees relating to stroke and has received numerous prestigious awards such as a Gold Medal with Congratulations of the Jury from the International Exhibition of Inventions at Geneva, Future Leader Award from the World Stroke Organisation, Award for Patient-Oriented or Clinical Research in Hypertension from the American Heart Association and Smart Ageing Leader Award from the Golden Age Foundation.
