Mr LEUNG Wing-mo
Former Assistant Director of the Hong Kong Observatory
Mr Leung, former Assistant Director of the Hong Kong Observatory. His areas of responsibility included, amongst others, networks for weather observation, training, climatology, corporate communication and radiation monitoring. He was the first professional meteorologist in Hong Kong to host local TV weather programmes. Soon after retirement in 2011, Mr Leung was invited to teach weather and climate change in various tertiary educational institutes in Hong Kong.
Mr Leung is actively involved in environmental issues and advocating climate actions in Hong Kong. Mr Leung is currently the spokeperson of the Hong Kong Meteorological Society, the vice Chairman of the Guangdong Nuclear Safety Consultative Committee, member of Board of Directors of the environmental groups “The Green Earth” and “Conservation E3 Foundation” (CE3). He was appointed to various advisory bodies of the government, including the Council for Sustainable Development, and helped formulate the long-term decarbonization strategy in Hong Kong.
He also hosted the popular science education programme MObservatory (武測天) of TVB. A total of more than 300 episodes about weather, climate, and other natural phenomena were aired. Besides, he was also the host of several documentary of Radio Television Hong Kong, including “Meteorological Series”, “The Sinking Nations” and “Men are from Mars.”

Tse Suet Sum (Sum jei) is a Hong Kong female Cantonese opera and film actress. At the age of 11, she became a disciple of famous Cantonese opera actors Yam Kim Fai and PAK Sheut Sin, and became a popular Cantonese opera actress in the 1990s. Tse Suet Sum began to develop in the TV industry in the late 1990s. She participated in countless dramas. Many roles were deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and her acting style was even more acclaimed.

Performing artist and professional counselor
Amy Wu is an accomplished performing artist and a professional counselor. Amy started her lengthy acting path on television, then built a singing career since 1987 making over 30-some records, and being known as the "Diva of Cantonese Operatic Song" by the singing industry. Awarded for Women of Excellence by the HKWDA in 2012. and Outstanding Winner of WINGS(HK) Women's Initiative for Ageing Successfully in 2021. In 2013, she studied Counseling and obtained a double master's degree. She is now a registered USA (NACC) Marriage and Family Counseling Therapist. In 2019, she established the Amy Wu Counselling Service in Hong Kong.
