Job Description

  1. Diploma or degree of social work
  2. Formulate and manage innovative programs from ideation and planning to implementation and reporting
  3. Examine possible areas and potentials to deepen the missions and development of the Foundation
  4. Proactively reach out to funders, investors, pro bono service providers to leverage their resources to improve the Foundation’s performance
  5. Develop relationships and collaborations with stakeholders across the target sectors
  6. Assist supervisor in building a culture of co-creation and designing work practices among the team.
  7. Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  1. Degree holder in a relevant or related discipline of Social Work/Social Science from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; 
  2. At least 5 year of working experience in elderly services is preferable.
  3. High level of proficiency in written English and Chinese, and speaks fluent English and Cantonese;
  4. Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  5. Qualities of flexibility and willingness to take up challenges.
  6. Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with proven track records in planning and implementation of services
  7. Self-motivated, creative, and with good attention to detail.


Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays: 09:00-18:00 (Flexible working hours)
Saturdays & Sundays: Discretionary

Might be required to attend to his/her duties on Saturdays/Sundays.
