She is graduated from BA (Hons) in Social Work, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Master of Social Sciences (Counselling), The Hong Kong University in 2012 and 2016 respectively. Tanny has been work in social welfare field for almost ten years and she is passionate about elderly services.

Mr Matthew Wong is the Senior Regional Director at YF Life Insurance International. He has worked in life insurance since 1985 and currently oversees a team of over 400 staff. Mr. Wong is a Chartered Financial Practitioner as well as a member of the Family Firm Incorporation (FFI). He was a former President of The Life Underwriter Association and launched the city-wide "LifeCare Movement" in Hong Kong to connect the general public with the insurance sector and social welfare organisations by promoting a policy donation culture. Mr. Wong firmly believes that insurance can offer people a sense of security and reassurance. Through his work, he is passionate about helping others realise their dreams by supporting them in establishing their own independence.
