Rebecca is a business entrepreneur turned serial social entrepreneur. Since changing her career path over 15 years ago, Rebecca has devoted her full effort to promoting social innovation in HK and Greater China with an emphasis on ageing innovation to address demographic changes. Her achievements include:

• Founder & Chair of Golden Age Foundation
• Advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation, Institute of Active Ageing of HK Polytechnic University, HK Federation of Senior Citizens Industry, Elderly Services Association of HK;
• Committee Member of HK Society of Rehabilitation, Social Enterprise & Employment Committee;
• Council Member & Award Judge of Institute of ESG & Benchmark

Ms Cindy Wong

Programme Consultant 

Cindy is a registered social worker and renowned senior care executive in Hong Kong, and is the recipient of numerous international accolades and awards.

With 24 years’ managerial experience in the Hong Kong SKH Community Medical Support Network, she managed Cheerful Court from inception to becoming an independent living project of the Hong Kong Housing Society for 600 elderly residents, incorporating a club, catering, clinic and rehabilitation centre.

Ms Marietta Lo

Nurse Manager

Ms. Lo is a veteran registered nurse who has over 30 years of experience working in elderly services in managerial positions. 

She worked in NGOs including Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, The Salvation Army, Hong Kong SKH Welfare Council Limited, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong, in addition to the private sector.
