Mr Lam is the Group CEO of Golden Resources Development International Limited, a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with main business in rice and retailing.
Under Mr Lam’s leadership, the Golden Resources Group has become one of the top-selling rice providers in Hong Kong. The company’s rice products are one of the earliest awardees of the Q-Mark in Hong Kong. Subsequently, the Group expanded its market to North America, Europe and Australia, and developed strong reputation and a loyal customer base. The Group also set up offices in Southeast Asian countries to manage the supply chain management and ensure product quality and suppliability from source. Besides, Mr Lam led the Golden Resources Group to invest in the convenience store business in Vietnam, expanding vertically from importing, supply chain management, store-based retailing to e-commerce, capturing the fruit of the growing success of the country. The logistics and VMI services of the Golden Resources Group in Vietnam is also a loyal partner to other Hong Kong enterprises who want to expand their businesses into Vietnam and other nearby Southeast Asia countries.
Mr Lam had been awarded Chief Executive Commendation for Community Service in Hong Kong; and the Ap Bac Medal from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for his contribution to the Vietnam rice industry.

Catherine Wong is the Business Executive Officer (BEO) for Nestlé Hong Kong's Health Science business. Her scope includes nutritional solutions supporting specialised healthcare needs, including oncology care, dysphagia management, diabetes management and healthy ageing.

Under her visionary leadership, Meiriki Japan established Hong Kong’s first professional health service team comprising registered pharmacists and nutritionists to deliver comprehensive physical and mental wellness solutions.
Deeply committed to sustainable development, Ms. Lin completed The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in 2018. Following her studies, she was invited to Buckingham Palace by Prince Charles to attend the 30th Anniversary event of the Institute, joining 250 global leaders to advance global sustainability.
Ms. Lin actively shapes the sustainability and academic landscape through numerous high-level advisory roles. She is the Founding President of the SME Sustainability Society, Vice-Chairperson of Friends of the Earth (HK), a member of the Departmental Advisory Committee for the Department of Management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a member of the Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Committee and a Programme Advisory Committee member for the MSc in Sustainable Global Business at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also serves as a member of the Advisory Committee on Enhancing Employment of People with Disabilities (3E Project) under the Social Welfare Department, and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service’s Caring Company Scheme.
