Dr. Sergio Guillen Barrionuevo. He is currently Chief Innovation Officer at MYSPHERA (www.mysphera.com). In his professional career he as combined both, academic and research activities and entrepreneurial undertakings. He has participated in more than 60 R&D competitive projects funded by European Framework Programmes, in the digital health, ICT on active ageing, wearable electronics, IoT, Big Data, AI and digital platforms fields. He is Coordinator of three flagship large scale projects ACTIVAGE, GATEKEEPER and ODIN on IoT and AI for active ageing, chronic condition management and hospital of the future. In the entrepreneurial filed, he founded several start-ups in fields like, wearable-smart textiles and wellbeing, connected health systems, and hospital processes information systems.
Main fields of interest are Digital Health, technologies and digital services for Active and Healthy Ageing (AHA) and IoT for Health Care and AHA, AI and Health Data Spaces business.

The computer scientist Dr. Bettina Horster is responsible for business development at the VIVAI Software AG especially in the area of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things. She is head of the product development “VIVAIcare - autonomous living for the elderly”, which was awarded with the RegioStars Award of the EU-Parliament and the EU Comission, the Information Society Prize of the Diplomatic Council ( a United Nations NGO) and was finalist of the World Society World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) of the United Nations.
She is in the Digital Advisory Board of the Minister of Economy of North Rhine Westphalia. For many years she advised the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs in Berlin concerning mobile technologies. In 2015 she became the entrepreneur of the year by the City of Dortmund.
Dr. Horster studied computer science in Germany and the United States and she holds a PhD from the University of Münster in the Department of Business Administration. She also has a diploma from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Dr Horster is director of the Internet of Things Group at eco (Association of the Internet industry) since 1999.

Elsa Wong is Managing Director of NEC Hong Kong Limited (NECHK), a leading ICT company in providing one-stop solutions/services for biometric, AI technologies, public safety, smart transportation, cloud computing, cyber security, network infrastructure as well as various I.T. products.
Ms. Elsa joined NECHK in 1999 and was promoted through the ranks to Managing Director and the Global Head of “Centre of Excellence” for Smart Transportation.
She was engaged in development of various high-end I.T. solutions and was recognized as a high-potential IT executive. She provided pivotal leadership from bringing concept to deliverable and acquired high reputation from I.T. market, and her strong will in innovating new values for human society is further recognized.

Professor Angela Leung is Director of Centre for Gerontological Nursing (CGN) and Deputy Director of WHO Collaborating Centre for Community Health Services in School of Nursing of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She was the Hartford Geriatric Scholars Program awardee in Johns Hopkins University (2014) and Distinguished Gerontological Nursing Educator by National Hartford Centre for Gerontological Nursing Excellence, USA (2018). She is an active researcher in health literacy and dementia caregiving, with a wide range of publications in international journals and inventions (including photovoice, e-painting mobile app, a sensor-based system for alleviating stress). She has a strong belief that technology can help people to understand their current health status and make the informed health decision.
