Global Elderly Care Round Table
Global cities have moved into an era of smart city planning and implementation while their populations are also shifting toward an ageing society. This session invites worldwide leaders in elderly care to share their views on ways to develop long-term care policies and programs which integrate internationally recognized concepts such as “aging in place” and “active and healthy aging”. Such policies and programs demand better planning, financing, and qualified human resources, and above all, higher expectations that the final years of life must have as much meaning, purpose, and well-being as possible.

Sally Hopkins 女士，Eden in Oz & NZ Ltd. 的執行董事。 Sally 在酒店和老年護理領域擁有 30 多年的豐富運營和業務發展經驗。她擁有工商管理碩士學位，最近在莫納什大學完成了女性領導力課程。

Kerstin Löffler女士在布爾根蘭應用科學大學修讀醫療保健和健康促進管理，並取得學士和碩士學位。自 2015 年以來，她一直在格拉茨市養老健康中心擔任研究助理。她的研究領域為針對長者的積極和輔助生活、智能養老以及為家庭護理者提供支援和培訓服務。

Gengpong Tangaroonsanti 博士真正意識到老年人居家護理養老的重要性，他在多年前開始在泰國付出巨大努力實現這一目標。他利用一切方法，通過各種媒體、協會、相關組織進行交流及教育，為泰國的老年人建立良好的醫療保健系統。
他相信多元學科團隊綜合護理的力量會達到良好的效果，讓患者滿意。此外，該會的年輕員工致力創新，改善長者和全國的生活質素。 Chersery home 國際醫院的目標是在 2022年成為泰國最好的高級康復醫院。

八樂夢床業（中國）有限公司企劃宣傳部部長
2004年4月加入八樂夢床業株式會社。入職的八樂夢床業株式會社是一家70年裡專注開發&生產&銷售「醫療」、「養老」、「健康」相關產品的公司。入職後最初的10多年裡從事以「養老」為主的銷售工作，通過八樂夢的產品和服務來支持做養老服務的公司。之後在海外事業部的4年多時間里為擴大以「亞洲」為主的事業而增加了見識。隨後從2021年起，在八樂夢床業（中國）有限公司中擔任企劃、市場營銷、宣傳部門的負責人。

Queenie is the Founder & CEO of The Project Futurus, a social enterprise that is committed to promoting the future of aging. Queenie is also the Managing Director at Culture Homes and Forward Living overseeing elderly service and experience innovation. Queenie is recently awarded as Jessica Most Successful Women 2021, and a TEDx speaker for The Hang Seng University Hong Kong. In addition, Queenie is an appointed Enterprise Advisor at CLAP@JC for year 2020-2022, a MingPao columnist and an Eden Alternative Associate.
Prior to joining eldercare industry, Queenie had worked as a global brand strategist for almost a decade specializing on brand strategy, design and customer experience. Inspired by the many possibilities in delivering better aged care, Queenie joins the industry hoping to transform the way people perceive aged care, while making it relevant to the consumers of tomorrow through products, service and social innovation.
Queenie is committed to channeling her passion, creativity and vision into three main areas: aging innovation through experience design & training, elders eating with dignity, and positive brand building for the aged care industry through education. Queenie holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Washington. She is also a certified Personal Care Worker.
