Mr Kenneth Chan is the Chairman of The Elderly Services Association of Hong Kong (TESA). Mr Chan had committed to the enhancement of elderly welfares for over twenty years, and held a number of public service positions throughout the years. Mr Chan was being appointed as the member of the Elderly Commission from 2005 to 2011. Activity involved in the quality advancement of local elderly service, Mr Chan had leaded his team of professions in direct service and contributed to implementing the diversified service model on community support and residential care all over Hong Kong.

Ms FUNG joined the Social Welfare Department in 1989. She was the Assistant District Social Work Officer (Kwun Tong) from 2010 to 2015 and worked in the Licensing Office of Residential Care Homes for People with Disabilities from 2015 to 2017. She has been the Chief Social Work Officer (Elderly Services) since October 2017 and has been responsible for implementation of a number of pilot projects for elderly services. The scope of services include “Innovation and Technology Fund for Application in Elderly and Rehabilitation Care” which promotes gerontechnology by subsidizing the eligible elderly services units to procure, rent and trial use technology products.

Dr. Jane Lee is Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Welfare Council. In 2008, she initiated an annual event, Social Enterprise Summit and served as the Chair for 9 years. She was Founding Chief Executive of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute and now remains as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, her engagement in government committees includes Chair of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force., Commission on Poverty, Community Care Fund Task Force, Antiquities Advisory Board, Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation, Assessment Panel of the Innovation and Technology Fund for the Better Living, Elderly Care Service Industry Training Advisory Committee. In NGOs, she is Executive Committee Member of St James Settlement, Council Member of Sheng Kung Hui St. Christopher’s Home Limited, Vice-chair of Management Committee of HKSKH Lady Maclehose Centre. In education, she serves as Chair and Supervisor of the IMC of SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School, Supervisor of The True Light Middle School of Hong Kong, Vice-chair of School Council of Macau Anglican College, Vice-chair of School Council of Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School (Macau), Council Member of St. John’s College, The University of Hong Kong, and Member of Board of Governors, Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education.

Mr. Cheung is a serial-entrepreneur. After a successful career as an entrepreneur, he sold all his business at the age of 50. Then he devoted full time to promote social entrepreneurship and social innovation. He is one of the founding Directors of Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, the leading social entrepreneurship platform in Hong Kong. He successfully established Dialogue in the Dark Hong Kong and quickly turn it into one of the most successful social enterprise in Hong Kong.
Starting from 2011, Mr. Cheung shifted his focus to Elderly Care. He established Jade Club to develop community care and active ageing programs. He set up Onward Community Care to test out commercial model to provide home care services. Together with Dr. Alice Tso, he found Hong Kong community Care Society, a non-profit to promote ageing in place and primary care. Water Drops Foundation is his vehicle for philanthropic work in promoting social innovation for elderly sectors. Mr. Cheung served Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund as a task force member for seven years. He also sits in the ageing in place committee of Elderly Commission of Hong Kong Government. He was a member of the review committee of Social Welfare Department on Nursing home ordinance review committee.
Mr. Cheung holds a B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master degree in IR and public affair and a Doctorate in public administration from University of Hong Kong. He had attended the PMD program at Harvard Business School, and the Management Training from INSEAD.
