Ms. Ng is the former Secretary General of the Legislative Council Secretariat, Adjunct Professor at HKUST and Director of Hong Kong Policy Research Centre of Tianda Institute. She founded we60.com in 2016, a web portal that promotes active aging and a healthy and quality post-retirement life. She is currently engaged by the United Nations in providing training for the Myanmar’s parliament.

Raymond Young retired from the Government in 2015 after having served for over 30 years in various policy bureaux and departments. His last position in Government was Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs. He joined the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association as its Chief Executive Officer in 2017. In his spare time, he gives singing performances and writes columns for a weekly magazine and a newspaper. He has also published two novels in Chinese to date.

Timothy is the founding executive director of the biggest social enterprise in Hong Kong – Senior Citizen Home Safety Association and now serving as one of the board member. He is now the Vice-Chairman (External) of Hong Kong General Chamber of Social Enterprise.
He has served as the Project Consultant of Project Flame: Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship at The City University of Hong Kong from 2012 – 2016. The project focuses on incubating innovative initiative in the university to expand and develop more students to have experience and exposure on social enterprise. It also helps to design and support the delivery of Gateway Education courses themed with social enterprise and service leadership at the campus for the students.
Timothy serves as the co-founding member of the Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum with Dr. KK Tse. He also is the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Chamber of Social Enterprises. He has also served as the core member of the Organizing Committee for the annual Social Enterprise Summit since 2010. He also convened the OC of the Social Enterprise World Forum in HK on 2016.
He was awarded Outstanding Social Entrepreneurship of East Asia on 2009 by the SCHWAB Foundation and contributing author to a book `Bottom of Pyramid’ for the new entries to social enterprise, and ‘Leadership in Social Enterprise’ by World Economic Forum. He also serves as an expertise on the Ageing Panel at the Global Agenda Council of World Economic Forum since 2012 and now being a member of its Expert Panel on Ageing as well.
Timothy is now one of Non-executive Directors of Urban Renewal Authority, member of Lottery Fund Advisory Committee, Board member of Social Workers Registration Board, as well as Executive Council member of Hong Kong Housing Society. He is also a co-opted member of the Task Force on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund.
Timothy now serves as the Chief Consultant of his management consultant company (Ma Kam Wah & Co.) by offering strategic planning, fundraising, risk & crisis management as well as personal coach for NGO CEO and NGOs.
