She was the first lady Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. Mrs Koon devotes to many community and public services. She was awarded Medal of Honour by the HKSAR Government in 2017, Outstanding Business Women 2017 and Top 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in China 2007.
