DBS Impact Award : Social Innovation for Golden Age
The ageing population represents a massive opportunity for social innovation. Organised by Golden Age Foundation and sponsored by DBS, the DBS Impact Award aims to nurture social innovators to develop practical, scalable and sustainable business models for the Golden Age era. Dozens of startups have applied for the Award. Five finalists will be selected to participate the Pitch Final before a panel of judges as well as an audience made up of investors, professionals and people who are interested in ageing innovation.

Ms. Au is the Chief Executive Officer of Delta Asia Securities Limited, Delta Asia Wealth Management Limited & Delta Asia Financial Futures Limited. Lai-Chong has over 15 years of experience in financial industry. Prior to rejoining Delta Asia, Lai-Chong was the Senior Marketing and Client Services Manager of Hamon Investment Group. Other than responsible for developing asset management business, expanding asset size and client base, she also helped broadening the firm’s institutional relationships globally. Lai-Chong actively involves in community work and is currently the convenor of the “Wanchai Commons”.
