- Mrs Rebecca CHOY YUNG
Founder & Chair, Golden Age Foundation
Mrs. Rebecca CHOY YUNG is a business entrepreneur turned social entrepreneur. Rebecca was a pioneer of the convention and exhibition industry in Hong Kong and China since the early 1980s. Before running her own exhibition business, Rebecca was an editor.
Since changing her career path over 15 years ago, Rebecca has devoted her full effort to promoting social innovation in Hong Kong and Greater China. She has orchestrated several movements which have brought real changes to the society, including the Golden Age, business for good and education innovation. Rebecca is Founder & Chair of Golden Age Foundation; Founder & Vice-Chair of Education for Good; Co-Founder & Convener of Ednovators, Chair of Social Enterprise Summit, Co-Founder of Dream Impact and B Lab (HK & Macau). She is also advisor of a number of social enterprises and committee member of NGOs, a writer and a radio programme host. Rebecca received her B.SoSc. from Bristol University, UK and EMBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

- Mr Chris SUN Yuk-han, JP
Secretary for Labour and Welfare
Mr Chris SUN was appointed as the Secretary for Labour and Welfare on 1 July 2022.
Mr Sun joined the Administrative Service in 1994 and rose to the rank of Administrative Officer Staff Grade A in 2022. He has served in various bureaux and departments, including the former Finance Branch, the former Constitutional Affairs Bureau, the former Finance Bureau, the Home Affairs Department, the former Home Affairs Bureau, the Civil Service Bureau and the former Food and Health Bureau. He was appointed as Deputy Secretary for Food and Health (Health) in 2011, Head (Healthcare Planning and Development Office) in 2012, Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services) in 2017, and the Commissioner for Labour in 2020.

- Ms Winnie HO Wing-yin, JP
Secretary for Housing
Ms Winnie HO was appointed Secretary for Housing on 1 July 2022.
Ms Ho graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong. She joined the Government as Architect in 1992. She was promoted to Chief Architect in 2009, to Government Architect in 2012, and was appointed Deputy Director of Architectural Services in 2018. She has been Director of Architectural Services since 2020. Apart from serving in the Architectural Services Department, Ms Ho had been posted to work as the Deputy Head of Energizing Kowloon East Office of the Development Bureau.
As an architect, she is devoted to promoting innovative construction methods and people-centric design.

- Dr the Hon LAM Ching-choi, S.B.S., JP
Member of the Executive Council
Dr LAM Ching-choi is a specialist in pediatric and community medicine and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Haven of Hope Christian Service. Under his leadership, Haven of Hope Christian Service is one of the pioneers in the provision of holistic care for the elderly in Hong Kong.
He is a non-official member of the Executive Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Supervisory Board Member of the HK Housing Society to advise the Government on the different policies.
Dr Lam has been honored by the HKSAR Government with the Justice of Peace in 2003 and Silver Bauhinia Star in 2019 respectively. In 2018, apart from receiving Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University, he was also given the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer Award (Special Recognitions) for his devotion to public services and his influence on policy-making for the global ageing trend.

- Dr the Hon Stephen WONG Yuen-shan
Senior Vice President & Executive Director, Public Policy Institute, Our Hong Kong Foundation
Member of the Legislative Council
Dr. Stephen WONG received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and Master of Arts in East Asian Studies from Yale University. He completed his Doctorate degree in Public Administration (DPA) from the University of Hong Kong. Dr Wong began his career as an investment banker and held regional management positions with several global financial institutions, including as Executive Director at UBS in London and Managing Director at RBS.
Dr. Wong joined Our Hong Kong Foundation in 2015, and he is currently Senior Vice President & Executive Director of Public Policy Institute. He is also a member of the Legislative Council.

Dr Donald LI is Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council chairman and World Organization of Family Doctors immediate past president. He is also Action Committee Against Narcotics chairman and a member of the Steering Committee on Primary Healthcare Development.
