Ms Ho is appointed the Secretary for Housing on 1 July 2022. Ms Ho joined the Government as Architect in 1992 and was promoted to Chief Architect in 2009, and to Government Architect in 2012. She was appointed the Director of Architectural Services in 2020. Apart from serving in the Architectural Services Department, Ms Ho had been posted to work as the Deputy Head of Energizing Kowloon East Office under the Development Bureau. During the out-break of COVID-19 in 2020 to 2022, she has actively participated in the construction of quarantine facilities, temporary hospitals and community isolation facilities at Penny’s Bay, Kai Tak and many other locations by adoption of Modular Integrated Construction method.

Ms Ho graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of The University of Hong Kong. She also attended the Advanced Management Program of INSEAD in France. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and a Registered Architect.

Dr Carmen Ng is currently the Social and Elderly Wellness Director of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), overseeing the elderly housing and related services to assist the elderly to age in place.

Before joining HKHS, Dr Ng had been the Head of Consumer Education of the Consumer Council, Secretary-General of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, Executive Director of the HK Alzheimer’s Disease Association, and Chief Operating Officer of the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, where she assisted in developing new service models to respond to the changing needs of the elderly and the society at large.

Ms Candy Hui is the Managing Director of Healthcare at Chinachem Group, where she has been a key leader since 2019. Initially heading the CEO's office, she provided strategic advice and implemented key transformational initiatives. With extensive experience in accounting and corporate advisory, Candy has driven significant land property acquisitions for Chinachem, both domestically and internationally, and oversees the iconic Central Market project.

Currently, Candy leads the Healthcare Division, focusing on Elderly Living, Aging in Place and RCHE services. Her tenure on the Healthcare Steering Committee has equipped her with valuable insights, enabling her to establish and grow this division.

In addition to her responsibilities at Chinachem, Candy serves as a Director at Pine Care Group Limited, one of Hong Kong's leading providers of RCHE. Her multifaceted expertise underscores her commitment to advancing Chinachem's strategic goals and the healthcare sector.

Christy WONG has over 18 years of corporate training expertise and has held senior leadership roles at prominent foreign insurance companies and independent financial advisory firms. Her extensive background includes training and management across various financial institutions. Since joining Taiping Life Hong Kong in 2017, Wong has actively pursued personal and professional development. She holds certifications as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, a professional Enneagram practitioner, a certified children's financial quotient Instructor (CCFQI), an associate financial planner (AFP) in Hong Kong, and a financial advisory international qualification (FAIQ).

Ms Liu Ying co-founded Chengdu Longlive Pension Industry Development Co in 2011 and established four core standards in the elderly care industry in China. Under Ms Liu’s leadership, Longlive received 10 awards in the social enterprise realm and became the first elderly care organisation certified B Corporation in China. An active leader in the social entrepreneurial space, Ms Liu was previously awarded the National Star of Social Innovation Award in 2016 and was listed as one of the top 100 creative business leaders in China in 2019.

Mrs Lau has over 30+ years of senior management and consulting experience. She joined SKHWC in 2022 overseeing the group’s ‘from cradle to grave’ services in Hong Kong, Macau and Greater Bay Area.

Between 2007-2019, Mrs Lau was the Deputy Commissioner for Efficiency at the Efficiency Office under the Innovation and Technology Bureau. She was responsible for leading initiatives regarding social innovation, design thinking and citizen-centric services. In particular, Mrs Lau led the Secretariat in support of the SIE Fund Task Force under the Commission on Poverty, and funded numerous innovative projects to support healthy ageing. She reached out to many NGOs, family or corporate foundations and business executives who shared similar aspirations in tackling poverty and social exclusion related issues. She advocated multi-disciplinary and cross sector collaborations in solving social issues and creating shared value in the business sector.
