Abstract

In recent years, Zhuhai has made significant progress in many areas, becoming a pivotal city in the Greater Bay Area. With the integration between Hong Kong and mainland China and the improvement of transportation, more Hong Kongers are choosing to purchase homes in Zhuhai, enriching the city’s urban residential structure and driving the development of other related industries. The Huafa Group is spearheading the development of Zhuhai to offer residents a livable, environmentally friendly and technically advanced lifestyle. He has served as the assistant to the president of Huafa Modern Service Company, the general manager of the strategic department of Country Garden Group, and the general manager of the cultural and tourism business department of Country Garden Group. Has rich theoretical and practical experience in strategic planning, organizational control, operational management, and service system construction.

Worked in several leading domestic real estate companies such as Vanke and Zhonghai, familiar with the entire module of market/strategy/brand/sales/channel/sales management, familiar with the mature operation and management mode of large group companies, possessing strong business thinking ability and team organizational influence.

Mr Kenneth Chan is the President of Greater Bay Area Healthcare and Elderly Services Association. Mr Chan had committed to the enhancement of elderly welfare for over twenty years, and held a number of public service positions throughout the years. Mr Chan was appointed as the member of the Elderly Commission from 2005 to 2011. Activity involved in the quality advancement of local elderly service, Mr Chan had led his team of professions in direct service and contributed to implementing the diversified service model on community support and residential care all over Hong Kong.
