Dr. Arase Yasuko graduated from Kyushu University’s School of Medicine in 1978. She began her career in the public sector at Fukuoka City Government in 1987, and served as the Chief Executives of the Child Affairs Bureau, the Environmental Bureau, and the Public Healthcare Bureau, before she was appointed as Deputy Mayor of Fukuoka City in 2015. Dr. Arase’s policies focus heavily on health promotion, infectious disease-prevention, nursing care, gender equality and women’s business participation. Her major initiatives include the Fukuoka 100 Project.

Prof. Du Peng research interests are population ageing and ageing policies, population and development. He was the PI of National key research project on National Strategy on Actively Response to Population Aging and many other research projects. His publications include China’s 20 Years in Ageing Society:Achievements, Challenges and Prospects, etc. Prizewinner of the China Population Award(2021).

He is a current non-official member of the Industry Advisory Committee on Long Term Business to Insurance Authority, the Chairman of Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong (Insurance Group), the member of the Hong Kong Management Association Insurance Management Committee, as well as the Committee member of the 2021 Election Committee Subsector Ordinary Election (Insurance).
Wilson is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He graduated from University of Manitoba with a Master of Sciences Degree in Actuarial Mathematics.

Professor Rebecca Choy is a business entrepreneur turned serial social entrepreneur. She was a pioneer of the convention and exhibition industry in Hong Kong since the early 1980s. Before running her own business, Rebecca worked as editor of a series of books on China. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Social Sciences from Bristol University (UK) and MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Since changing her career path over 18 years ago, Rebecca has devoted her full effort to promoting social innovation and social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong and Greater China, integrating the civic, business, social philanthropy, government, academic and professional sectors together to develop a collaborative eco-system to solve societal issues. She has initiated and orchestrated the following movements to bring about positive change: Golden Age Movement, Education Innovation Movement, and Business Innovation Movement.
Rebecca is also the Past Chair of Social Enterprise Summit; Co-Founder & Vice-Chair of Education for Good; Co-Founder & Convener of Ednovators, Co-Founder of Dream Impact Hong Kong and Co-Founder of B Lab (HK & Macau). She sits on the Advisory Panel on Silver Economy of the HKSAR Government, Steering Committee Member of the Social Capital Institute of the CIIF, Adjunct Professor of Hong Kong University, Department of Social Work & Social Administration, as well as Advisor and Executive Members of a dozen NGOs and social enterprises, including Our Hong Kong Foundation, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Committee on Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development), Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Tung Wah College, Institute of ESG Benchmark etc.
Over the years, Rebecca spares no effort in training young and Golden Ager (aged 45+) social entrepreneurs. Rebecca has published 9 books, 2 academic articles and took part in various researches and surveys. She was awarded the 2021 Hong Kong Outstanding Active Ageing Women Award, 2022 Greater Bay Area Outstanding Women Philanthropist Award and 2023-2024 Ten Social Entrepreneurs of the Year (China) and Most Successful Women Award 2025.
