Culture Homes introduces a meal thickener from Japan, “Suberakaze” and “SuberakazeMeat”, in order to provide elders who are suffering from dysphagia with an alternative to blended porridge. “Suberakaze” is an Enzyme Gellant that eliminates stickiness in starchy food, while it retains the original taste. When blended with “Suberakaze” and cooked over heat, the food mixture will solidify into jelly-like substances that are safe for elders with dysphagia to swallow. Culture Homes is committed to improving the quality of life and delivering wellness among all elders with the introduction of “Suberakaze” soft meal diets into their everyday live.
