Mr James Chan joined Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) in December 2018, and has been serving as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director since April 2020. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Po Leung Kuk, a major multi-faceted services NGO in Hong Kong, for six years. Mr Chan started his career as an Administrative Officer of the Hong Kong Government, and had been with the civil service for 20 years. He worked in various bureaux and departments including directorate posts in Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, Home Affairs Department and the Administration Wing of the Chief Secretary for Administration's Office.

Driven by a deep-seated belief that design can make the world a better place, Donald Choi is both architect and developer. Previously Managing Director of the Nan Fung Group, and a Director of Foster and Partners, Donald has worked on a large number of high profile public and private projects worldwide. He has also held multiple leadership roles in NGO and professional bodies that focus on community, design and innovation. He is currently the Board Chairperson of the Construction Innovation and Technology Application Centre and also a Board member of the Business Environment Council, Hong Kong Design Centre, Hong Kong Green Building Council, Habitat of Humanity HK and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.

Mr KUOK Hoi-sang MH is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Chevalier Group. He has extensive experience in business development and is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the operations of lift and escalator, construction and engineering, property investment and development as well as investment projects of the Chevalier Group. Mr Kuok holds prominent positions in various industry associations. He has also served on several Boards and Committees of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Mr. Wilson Tang is the Chief Executive of BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited (“BOC Life”) responsible for driving the business roadmap as well as the growth strategy for the company. BOC Life is a subsidiary of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited, distributing a comprehensive suite of life insurance products through the extensive distribution network of Bank of China (Hong Kong), Nanyang Commercial Bank and Chiyu Banking Corporation and through the diversified channels of tied agency, brokerage, telemarketing and e-channel.

Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and held various leadership positions. Prior to joining BOC Life, Wilson was the Head of Insurance at Hang Seng Bank, and CEO and Director of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited where he led life insurance, general insurance, medical insurance and MPF businesses. While working at HSBC Insurance in China, he took up the positions as Chief Actuary, Head of Investment, Director and Chairman of Asset and Liabilities Committee. He is a current non-official Member of the Industry Advisory Committee on Long Term Business to Insurance Authority, Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong Chairman of Insurance Group and Member of the Hong Kong Management Association Insurance Management Committee.

Wilson is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Sciences Degree in Actuarial Mathematics.

Before assuming office as President of Our Hong Kong Foundation, Dr Jane Lee served as Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Welfare Council for more than 10 years. In 2008, she initiated the annual Social Enterprise Summit and served as the Chair for nine years. In 1995-2002, she was the Founding Chief Executive of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute, and is currently a member of its Board of Directors.

Dr Lee is active in public service and is currently Chair of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force, and member of Commission on Poverty, Antiquities Advisory Board, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Coalition, Council Member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong & Macao Studies. She also currently serves as Supervisor of SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School, Supervisor of The True Light Middle School of Hong Kong, Vice-chair of School Council of Macau Anglican College, Council of St. John’s College of The University of Hong Kong, Member of Board of Directors and Council of Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education.
