Mr MA Chi-wing is an Executive Director of the Chevalier Group and is responsible for the Group’s human resources and general administration. He has extensive experience in project management of healthcare investment, car dealership, hotel investment and trading businesses also. Mr. Ma holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from The University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, a Corporate Finance Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley in the United States of America, and a Professional Certificate in China Construction from Tsinghua University, Mainland China.

Jimmy is the founder and CEO of Adventist Charitable Foundation Limited (ACF). He joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 2019 to launch the not-for-profit trustee services company in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Jimmy worked for a number of Family Offices in Hong Kong in the capacity of CEO or Finance Director for many years. Where he managed private trust companies and set up and administer family trusts and charitable foundations for these families. Previously, Jimmy was a Senior Vice President with HSBC’s trustee in Hong Kong from 2001 to 2008, responsible for providing trustee services to corporate and pension clients. Before HSBC, Jimmy held senior executive positions with the Hospital Authority and multi-national corporations in Hong Kong and in the UK. Jimmy is a CPA and has a master’s degree in management from the UK.

Mr. SHAM Ka Hung is the Chief Executive Officer of VR Management Limited. He specializes in aged care and healthcare and has extensive experiences in service planning, development, and monitoring. He commits to the development and operation of various senior citizen residential care facilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China which aims to better facilitate users’ livelihood using trans-disciplinary intervention.

With his passion and courage to develop innovative ideas in elder care, Joe was the first social worker who received the “Global Ageing trailblazer award” in 2018. His team has championed nearly 60 accolades on innovative elderly care services throughout the years.

Lai-Chong Au is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Delta Asia Financial Group and serves on its board of directors.

Lai-Chong has rejoined Delta Asia Financial Group, her family’s business, since 2016. As the Group CEO, Lai-Chong is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Group’s long term strategy as well as all day-to-day management decisions. She also acts as a direct liaison between the Board, other senior management as well as employees, all stakeholders of the company. Before becoming the Group CEO, Lai-Chong oversees the wealth management & securities brokerage business in Hong Kong.

Prior to Delta Asia, Lai-Chong was the Senior Marketing and Client Services Manager of Hamon Investment Group, an asset management firm. She developed the asset management business of Hamon as well as responsible for expanding the asset size and client base of the firm. Over the years, Lai-Chong helped to broadening the firm’s institutional relationships globally. Lai-Chong began her career as Commercial banking officer with Delta Asia Credit Limited in 1998 and later responsible to develop the wealth management business of the group. Lai-Chong has over 20 years of experience in financial industry.

Lai-Chong is passionate about social responsibility investment and social entrepreneurship. Lai-Chong currently is a member of Golden Age Foundation and is a regular columnist at AM730.

Lai-Chong was graduated from King’s College London, UK in BSc Clinical Sciences.
