Abstract: The cramped living space and long wait for residential care homes in Hong Kong have led more seniors to consider living in other cities, notably in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). Yet more updated information on the living conditions, medical and financial planning, policy support, etc., needs to be made available for the elderly and their families to decide with confidence. Experts on elderly care in the GBA will share their insights on cross-border collaborations between Hong Kong and the Mainland and their corporate strategies in developing the elderly market. The latest Government policy developments for fostering closer collaboration within the GBA on the golden age economy, talent, capital, and standardization will also be discussed.
